Are you meeting with clients in person?

I am offering both in person and telehealth sessions depending on client preference. Safety and trust are my top priority in the therapeutic relationship, so for office sessions I adhere to social distancing guidelines and require masks if you are unvaccinated. Masks in session are optional if you are fully vaccinated.

What can I expect when I book a session?

After our initial phone consult and booking, you will receive a link to your own Client Portal, where I will ask you to sign a few informed consents about my practice and answer an intake questionnaire about you. Our first session will just be about getting to know each other and setting some initial goals for the first few weeks of treatment. I highly recommend having 3-4 sessions with a therapist before making a final decision about whether that therapist is a fit for you.

Can I use my insurance?

I currently accept Optum, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I will continue to keep my clients up to speed with my in network options to make sure that you are getting the best payment options available.
